Giving Guide: Recovery Centers of Arkansas

MISSION:

Recovery Centers of Arkansas, one of Arkansas’ oldest nonprofit substance use treatment organizations, has served individuals and families since the 1950s. Their mission is to enable individuals to live free from the abuse of alcohol and other drugs while providing programming and professional services within an atmosphere of dignity and respect. RCA is committed to ensuring financial circumstances are not a barrier to recovery by providing treatment, recovery housing and recovery support to individuals regardless of their ability to pay while building healthier lives and stronger communities.

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Fund 20 residential treatment scholarships for men and women, providing 30 days of care ($90,000).
  • Provide co-pay and deductible assistance, removing financial barriers to treatment and essential medications ($40,000).
  • Fund 30 recovery housing scholarships, covering first-month housing after treatment for lasting recovery ($20,000).
