Three Fold Features 12 Days of Noodles

Nothing says “Christmas” like a steaming bowl of noodles, right? 

Right! In the brilliant East-meets-West style that Three Fold Noodles and Dumpling Co. pulls off seamlessly, the downtown restaurant is celebrating the season with 12 Days of Noodles.

Every three days, Three Fold will introduce an off-menu traditional Chinese noodle dish. These special dishes are designed to feature the “distinct flavors and culinary traditions” of the four regions they hail from: north, south, central and southwest.

The special launched on Dec. 12 with Da Lu Mian, a dish from the Shandong province in northeastern China. Then, on Dec. 15, they featured Chao Mi Fen, a rice noodle from the Fujian province that is available through Friday. Here’s a look at the current special:
