The Humane Society of Pulaski County hosted its 24th annual Reigning Cats & Dogs fundraiser at Next Level Events. Party-goers enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, drinks, a live and silent auction and entertainment. Proceeds benefited programs of the HSPC, whose mission is to provide loving care, shelter, food and medical treatment for thousands of animals each year.
