A private reception was held on the Mezzanine Level of the Capital Hotel after the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame event to celebrate the induction of Bill Davis. Davis is a former NASCAR car owner who won the Dayton 500 with Ward Burton in 2002, among other races.
