Soirée Women’s Leadership Symposium Announces 2026 Speaker Lineup

Slated to take the stage on Friday, April 24, the Soirée Women’s Leadership Symposium has released an extended list of speakers, panelists and presenters.

In January, organizers announced entrepreneur Liz Bohannon would headline the eighth annual event, a half day of networking and professional development following three signature tracks: executives, entrepreneurs and leading ladies.

The morning keynote session will be led by Cindy Jones-Nyland of CJN Consulting Group, a leadership coach and former C-suite executive who works with teams in the “uncomfortable space between what was and what’s next.”

The 2025 symposium introduced an opportunity for more complex conversations, which the 2026 event will again implement. The schedule will include the two keynote sessions, a women’s wellness panel, two breakout sessions for each track and the opportunity to join one of three post-symposium workshops diving into practical positive thinking and media training for nonprofits and businesses.

“Our goal is to curate sessions that not only spark meaningful conversations, but also provide tangible strategies participants can take back into their workplaces and communities. It’s this blend of inspiration and real-world impact that makes the symposium so special,” says Mandy Richardson, symposium founder, Little Rock Soirée publisher and ABPG consumer division president.

Here’s who else will take the mic this spring:

  • Jillian Bowman, Project Mockingbird
  • Susanne Brunner-Williams, Project Mockingbird
  • Alyssa Frisby, UAMS Health
  • Kandi Hughes, MISO
  • Aly Labanca, Flex360
  • Leslie McCormack, Perspective Health
