It’s easy to get wrapped up in life and forget about important things (or maybe the most important thing) like your health.

To bring awareness to women’s health, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services began National Women’s Health Week 19 years ago. This year, it kicked off on Mother’s Day and will last through May 19. The week aims to encourage women to make health a priority and build positive habits for life.
