Bacon Jalapeño Deviled Eggs

- 12 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. rice vinegar
- 3/4 tsp. dry ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
- 6 pieces bacon, cooked, crisp and crumbled

Copycat Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cajun Potato Salad

Ingredients:
- 3 slices bacon, cooked, crisp and chopped, set aside for garnish, drippings reserved
- 3 pounds potatoes
- 3 large eggs
- 2 large pinches kosher salt for the water pot
- 1 tbsp. liquid crab boil
- kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. big flake Cajun/Creole seasoning or to taste, plus extra for garnish
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. spicy mustard, or to taste
- 1 tbsp. Chow Chow, jalapeño pickle relish or plain pickle relish (optional)
- 1 green onion, sliced, for garnish
