2FAN Returns in Person This Week at the New Main Street Pocket Park

The return of warm weather means the return of the outdoor 2FAN.

For the uninitiated, 2FAN, or 2nd Friday Art Night, is a monthly event that takes place in downtown Little Rock where various art galleries, museums and businesses stay open late and host special events.

Since last spring most 2FAN events have been virtual or hosted separately to comply with social distancing, but this month marks a return to (almost) normalcy.

This Friday, May 14, 2FAN will be hosted in downtown’s new pocket park, an alleyway-turned-green space covered in murals and located at 711 Main St. between the Donaghey Plaza North Building and parking deck.

From 5-8 p.m., stop by to enjoy live music from The Going Jessies and sip brews from Stone’s Throw, plus the chance to meet local artists and learn more about local art organizations.

The event will follow CDC guidelines and guests are encouraged to wear a mask and social distance when appropriate.

For more information, visit the 2FAN website or follow along on Facebook and Instagram for the latest.
