The 2010 Chef Ball, held at Pulaski Technical College, showcased local culinary talent and featured cocktails, live music and a six-course dinner, made with Arkansas ingredients. Donnie Ferneau received the Formica and Ben E. Keith Culinary Community Service Award; Richard Lindsey was named Student of the Year; Jay McAfee Sous Chef of the Year; Cynthia East Chef of the Year; and Paul Bash was presented with the Hall of Fame Award.
