Which lines of insurance do you specialize in? Residential, home and auto
Who is your mentor? My father, Mark Frizzell. He manages a company in DeWitt and I have always admired his work ethic and attention to detail when it comes to business. I’ve learned a lot about customer service and how to take care of my employees from him.
What does a typical day look like for you? My day typically starts around 5 a.m. with a workout, and then I help my wife get our son ready and out the door. Once in the office, my team members and I start each day with a meeting to discuss the previous day and any appointments for the day ahead. The rest of my day is filled with meeting with customers, coaching my team or volunteering for various community organizations.
What makes your customer service outstanding? Growing up in a small town like DeWitt, I try to instill that same small-town feel into our agency. We ask all new customers to come by our office to meet our team so that we can start building a relationship right away. It’s important to my agency that we get to know our customers to protect what’s important to them.
