- 2 oz. Hendrick's Gin
- 1/4 oz. St. Germain Liqueur
- Fresh strawberries
Shake and strain into martini glass

- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. maple syrup
- 1/2 oz. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- 2 oz. Remy Martin Cognac
Shake and strain into martini glass rimmed with cayenne sugar and garnish with brandied cherries
