Barefoot Studio Hosts Give and Glow Yoga to Benefit Mission Give Foundation

Set your intention to glow and flow this weekend.

Barefoot Studio is hosting its annual Give and Glow Yoga event this Friday, Dec. 8, beginning at 6 p.m.

Glow yoga will feature all levels of energetic vinyasa practice, as well as a live set from local DJ/VJ/graphic artist G-Force. With black lights illuminating the room, we suggest wearing white and neon colors for maximum effect.

But this session is about much more than perfecting your chaturanga.

Owner Breezy Osborne, daughter of late businessman and philanthropist Jennings Osborne, puts on the event each year to celebrate her father’s life and legacy, encouraging participants to join the cause.

This year, glow yogis will have the chance to give back with entry fees benefitting the Mission Give Foundation, an organization founded by Officer Tommy Norman of North Little Rock to inspire selflessness and empathy in others.

Entry is $15, and registration is filling up fast. Click here to claim your spot. The class runs from 6-7 p.m., but if you’re feeling extra glowy and want some neon body paint, show up at 5 p.m.

Barefoot Studio is located at 3515 Old Cantrell Road. To learn more about Give and Glow Yoga, visit the Facebook event page.
