It's getting to that perfect s'more weather just in time for the second annual Campin' Out event at the Joseph Pfeifer Kiwanis Camp

Campin' Out will take place on Friday, Nov. 3 from 6-9 p.m. at the River Market Pavilion. The fundraiser is a casual evening filled with food prepared by the Coleman Cooking Team, a campfire complete with s'mores, drinks, live music and silent auction items including original artwork and a submarine wine event. All proceeds will go to the camp and its work helping children in central Arkansas.

To honor the memory of Preston Pfeifer's father, Joseph Pfeifer, The Kiwanis Club of Little Rock established the camp in 1929. Today, the camp is used to help underprivileged children. It's just a 30-minute drive from Little Rock located on a sprawling 80-acre plot of land. The camp offers many programs geared toward helping kids grow both personally and academically.

Tickets for Campin' Out are $35 per person and can be purchased through their website. For more information, head to the event website
