Vogel-Schwartz Sculpture Garden

The sculpture garden features natural terraces and walkways designed by City of Little Rock’s Leland Couch, Mark Webre and John Kinkade of the National Sculptors’ Guild. The design creates a more intimate space to view smaller works within the Riverfront Park and is ideal for hosting receptions, as well as allowing visitors to enjoy the sculptures in solitude. Arkansas River Trail
Little Rock/North Little Rock
The 14-mile loop of road and paved trail runs from Riverfront Park in downtown Little Rock to the Big Dam Bridge in west Little Rock, where it traverses the river to North Little Rock, passing key landmarks and breathtaking scenery and wildlife along the way. The trail is accessible from both sides of the river and almost anywhere along the route. Open daily.
Big Dam Bridge

The Big Dam Bridge connects approximately 20 miles of scenic riverside trails in the cities of Little Rock and North Little Rock and assists in the connection of 70,000 acres of city, state and federal park land. More importantly, the Big Dam Bridge connects people by fostering a sense of community and providing a venue for community members to engage in community events. Open year-round.
Clinton Presidential Park Bridge
The Clinton Presidential Park Bridge closed the loop to the 14.2 mile Arkansas River Trail, which runs along both the north and south banks of the Arkansas River. The bridge makes Little Rock the only city in the country with four pedestrian bridges that stretch over a navigable body of water. The loop is a must for local and visiting cyclists, hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. Open daily year-round.
Downtown Riverside RV Park

Downtown Riverside RV Park is located on the downtown North Little Rock bank of the Arkansas River. The Park can accommodate 61 RVs with full hookups. It’s a great location for groups and rallies with 24-hour on-site management in a gated park setting at the foot of the Clinton Presidential Bridge and Park. Always open.

MacArthur Park is the city’s oldest municipal park. This historic downtown park houses the Arkansas Arts Center and MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History. Outdoor facilities include brick promenades, a pavilion available for rental, the scenic Contemplation Gardens and a dog park with water feature. Also, Bike Polo programmed on original tennis courts. MacArthur Park hosts the MacArthur 5K in the spring and a balloon event in the fall. Open daily.

Alongside the Arkansas River, Murray Park has eight busy pavilions, three soccer fields, grass and sand volleyball courts, a boat dock and a dog park. Murray Park is also a popular site for numerous fishing tournaments and has access to the Arkansas River Trail and the Big Dam Bridge. Open dawn-10 p.m. daily.

Arguably, one of the best public parks in the country, Little Rock’s Riverfront Park offers an abundance of outdoor activity. Riverfront Park stretches 11 blocks on the south bank of the Arkansas River in downtown Little Rock.
